Why Breathwork?
The breath is a powerful bridge that connects our bodies to our spirits. When we consciously access our breath, it frees us from nervous system survival and overwhelm, increases clarity, releases old programs, and opens us up to self-discovery and growth.
Every limiting belief, stress, trauma, or automatic response that we carry lives in our nervous system, and it shows up in our breath patterns.
We can essentially reverse-engineer all of these limiting programs by utilizing the power of our breath!
You do NOT have to stay stuck in cycles of overwhelm, reaction and regret. There is hope, and it is absolutely possible to feel more peace and ease in life!
Hello there.
Welcome to The Breathing Room! My name is Elise. I discovered Breathwork after having my 5th daughter. I was struggling with chronic overwhelm and overstimulation. I tried everything—I talked to therapists, doctors, and naturopaths. I tried traditional prescriptions as well as natural methods. I did yoga and meditation, in addition to other things—but nothing seemed to lift the fog of chronic overwhelm.
Then I discovered breathwork, and the change was almost instantaneous. Those who knew me well couldn’t believe the transformation and I was amazed at how quickly I began to feel lighter and more grounded.
This experience ignited a deep desire to learn everything I could about breathwork, because I knew there were others like me who were struggling, and feeling like there is just no solution, after years of trying.
I soon realized that breathwork does so much more than just release stress; it can rewire subconscious programs and old limiting beliefs, empowering us to make new choices where we once felt stuck. Breathwork has become the solution to so many of the places that I felt limited. “All of the answers are in the breath.”

Breathwork Sessions
1:1 Sessions
$150
This session is perfect for those wanting a private, personal experience. Explore the depths of your nervous system in a private setting. Restore balance to your nervous system, and gain clarity for how to move in the direction that you intend in life.
This is a 2.5 hour appointment. I guide you through clear intention-setting, and then into a 90-minute breathe, followed by a thorough debrief.
Available in person or online.
Couples Session or 2:1
$250 (2 people)
This session is great for a couple in a relationship, a mother and daughter appointment, or two friends for a girls’ night.
This is closer to a 3 hour appointment, with time for discussion before the session for instruction and intention-setting, followed by a thorough debrief.

Small Group Session (up to 4)
$100 per breather (group of 4)
Small group sessions include a full introduction, 90-minute breathe and debrief, and can include up to four (4) breathers.
Please set aside up to 3.5 hours for this session to accommodate proper time for all breathers.
A group appointment can be in person or online.

Often, if one person is interested in a group session, we can find a time that works for you and then I will advertise for the other openings, so don’t hesitate to ask, even if you don’t see one advertised currently!

Want to try breathwork with a larger group?
I also offer short breathwork sessions for larger groups. These are perfect for church activities, youth groups, work events, baby showers, or even bachelorette parties! (We all know how stressful planning a wedding can be!)
These events can include a short lecture about nervous system health and the power of the breath, easy-to-use breathwork tools, a 15-minute breathwork practice, and a Q&A/discussion conclusion.
My main goal with these events is to educate and spread awareness of the power of the breath, not to make a large profit. Prices will vary depending on the event, and in certain situations, I may do it free-of-charge (as with church and youth groups).
